
About Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis isn't weird, it's a natural state that we all go into frequently.
It's a singular focusing of the mind.
It's like when you are super engrossed in a movie and everything outside of the movie goes away.
Or when you are doing any activity and you get super focused and connected to it.
It's being in flow. And it's amazing!
Hypnosis is being “in the zone,” when everything else goes away for a time.
In a session, your focused state is deepened because your body is relaxed and your eyes are closed.
When in that state, your mind is more open to positive suggestions and empowering ideas and you have access to a deeper understanding of yourself and why you are the way you are.
When you can truly understand it, you can change it.
This is how it works:
EVENTS in your life made you feel EMOTIONS
(ie. scared, powerless, demeaned),
which lead to you having BELIEFS
(ie. “I am not enough,” I am insignificant,” “I am stupid”),
which lead to your THOUGHTS
(ie. “I will never get that job,” “I’m a loser,” “I can't do this”),
which lead to your BEHAVIOR
(ie, anxiety, creative blocks, insomnia, food issues, jealousy, etc).
The good news is that your beliefs are yours to change.
We cannot change the past, but with hypnotherapy, we can change the way we feel about the past.
By changing the emotions about the events, it modifies the progression: you can have different beliefs, different thoughts and ultimately a different behavior!
It releases your issue simply because it won’t make any sense to have it anymore.
I know it's hard to reach out for help. It may feel like this is just something you are destined to deal with because it's part of who you are.

Rapid Transformational Therapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hypnotherapy-based method created by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer.
RTT sessions are very different from talk therapy sessions because I can help you get to the origin of the struggles you are having and create change in your life very quickly.
You are not going to be in therapy for months because we fit those months into one session.
I have always worked with people worldwide via the internet video tool, Zoom, which is very simple to use. If you are in the LA-area, I also run sessions in the comfort of your home for a small fee.

Past Life Therapy
Regressing back to our past lives allows us to improve and evolve in this life.
When I did the training with Dr. Brian Weiss, the author of “Many Lives, Many Masters,” I loved it. We all spent a lot of time exploring our own past lives and watching Dr. Weiss work and it was a really wonderful adventure with plenty of healing going on.
These sessions are super fascinating. We gather information from our “other lives” that help us better understand and gain insight from our current relationships, resolve many of our current struggles, heal our current bodies and really tune into our body-mind-spirit connection.
People often ask me if I think past life regression therapy is “real.” My answer is always the same: “If it is real to my clients, that’s all I need to know. If it feels real, it’s real.” I say this because the point of the sessions is to get healing, find resolution and make this life better. I have seen that happen over and over again, and to me, that’s as real as it gets.
And for those who don’t believe in past lives, the sessions can be interpreted as metaphors with a message. Everything that comes up, as Brian Weiss says, is “grist for the mill,” meaning that whatever comes up is coming up for a reason; it has meaning.
